
Nicole Davis
Biography
Nicole Davis is an accomplished child advocacy leader and Program Manager of the Child Advocacy Studies (CAST) initiative at Zero Abuse Project. With almost two decades of experience in nonprofit and project management, she specializes in building strategic, trauma-informed education programs that prepare students and professionals to recognize, respond to, and prevent child maltreatment.
Nicole manages the national implementation of the CAST curriculum across higher education institutions and professional training environments. She is skilled in managing federally funded initiatives, coordinating toolkit development, and facilitating faculty training, networking and seminars. Her ability to lead cross-sector collaborations has been essential in expanding child protection education nationwide.
In addition to her role with CAST, Nicole is an ECAP (Expanded Child Advocacy Prevention) trainer for another initiative at Zero Abuse Project, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aider. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to equity, prevention, and sustainable systems change that enhances the collective response to child abuse and neglect.
Driven by a deep affinity for both child and human advocacy, Nicole continues to champion initiatives that center safety, healing, and education at every level.
