Experiential Trial Advocacy Course
This intensive three-day course is designed for child abuse prosecutors seeking to sharpen their courtroom skills. Participants will engage in experiential exercises including simulated jury selection, cross-examination of a defendant, establishing proper foundations for evidence admissibility, and preparing expert witnesses in medical, scientific, and digital evidence. The course emphasizes often-overlooked components of trial practice to help prosecutors present clear, compelling cases to modern juries.

CyberTip Triage and Open-Source Intelligence

Participants will learn from real-world child exploitation case studies, and will use Zero Abuse Project's new NOVA Tool (Nexus for Open-Source Virtual Assistance) to apply optimized open source intelligence to cases.

This course empowers faith communities to recognize and respond to cases of sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, and neglect. Participants will also examine the use of cryptography, which can often obscure records of transactions and anonymize perpetrators of child exploitation.
