Experiential Trial Advocacy Course

june 4-6, 2025

In this course, participants will have the opportunity to learn the art of trial advocacy through a realistic fact pattern. The course will cover multiple stages of a trial, from jury selection to closing arguments. Throughout the course, subject matter experts will present lectures and facilitate the experiential learning through support and critique of each participant’s work. Participants will learn skills and strategies that utilize multimedia and technology facilitated evidence to present a trial that is engaging and compelling for a jury.

The experiential learning portion of the course will provide participants with hands-on experience and feedback from subject matter experts to help refine their trial advocacy skills. 

By the end of the course, participants will be able to effectively present their case to a jury using persuasive strategies and techniques.

The next course is scheduled for June 4-6, 2025 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Attendees from any jurisdiction may attend, but travel costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
