Flying Monkeys or Enablers
Flying Monkeys is a term derived from the movie, The Wizard of Oz, which is used in context with narcissists who have third-party people to do their bidding in causing harm to the narcissist' victim. The flying monkeys are always for the narcissist rather knowingly or unknowingly in that they are used as tools by the narcissist in an attempt to control, manipulate, gaslight, and frequently run a smear campaign against the victim as part of the narcissist' plans for character assassination to make themselves appear as the victim and gain support by their loyal subjects

Enablers often join in on the abuse, even though they know it is harmful to the victim.
Enablers are not on the victim's side, but they act as armor-bearers to protect the Narc.
